Frank Rie Hutchings served in Egypt with the Berkshire Yeomanry from 21 April 1915 and was discharged with a Silver War Badge 'no longer physically fit' in April 1919. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder in 1915 and suffered enteritis in 1916.
