Masaru Kojima (1932 - 2008) appears to have been an employee of the U.S. Army Ammunition Inspector School, his final post upon retirement being Deputy of the Defense Ammunition Directorate , U.S. Army Armament Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois.
