Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, 3 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal (7260 Pte. J. Thornbarrow, Vol. Coy. Border Regt.), clasps loose upon riband, minor official correction to surname, otherwise extremely fine, housed within a slightly damaged fitted case by R. S. Garrard

J. Thornbarrow served with the Volunteer Company, 1st Battalion, Border Regiment during the Boer War and died of disease at Pretoria, 15 September 1900.
