Only 24 Medals awarded to the 3rd Brigade, Halifax Garrison Artillery.

John W. Hartlen served from 17 March-April 1866 at Fort Clarence, when an attack was expected. His Medal was sent to 202 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia in August 1900.
