1879 (8 Nov.) size G envelope registered to Boston, uprated with 2½d. rosy mauve pair, cancelled by indistinct numerals with a neat strike of Dale Street, Liverpool despatch c.d.s., a very fine strike of the special Liverpool crown/"registered" struck in blue, large Boston Registered dated oval (20.11); there is some soiling but the Liverpool registered handstamp in blue is scarce.
