Post Office Notice: 1877 (Nov.) Post Office Notice, "Changes in the System of Registered Letters and in the Scale of Charges for Inland Money Orders"; vertical folding crease and some tone spots. The registration fee was to be reduced from 4d. to 2d. and compensation would be paid on lost items of value. Also an 1839 entire from Bradford to Keithley (8d. rate) which contained a bill for £300, registered post was in decline at t his time and registered post was discontinued on 1st January 1840
