1884 0.1 P.T. to 100pi. set of essay surcharges drawn on brown tracing paper with other details to be applied on the Military Telegraph stamps along with the associated paperwork explaining the necessity for the new surcharges. There is a brown stain where the essay sheet had been affixed to the pages and some folds to enable these pages to be album-size. A fine and remarkable group. Photo
