1900 (9 Jan.) large size 2d. registered envelope to Budapest from the Postal Branch, Inland Revenue, London with a faint "registered/inland revenue" dated oval in red, with 1881 1d. lilac pair and 1892 2½d. purple on blue strip of three tied by London Registered hooded c.d.s., handstruck "R" in oval at left and with metal eyelet punch "P.B./I.R.", on the reverse with registration stamp has been cancelled by a large dumb cancellation in blue and Budapest arrival c.d.s.; the envelope has been reduced at top. very unusual
