Shaw & Sons: 1d., stereo missing, 1841 (20 July) to York, cancelled by a fine strike of the black Maltese Cross with London and York backstamps. The advertisement is headed "poor laws" and the address panel with additional "to postmasters, just published, and now in general use,a book for the Entry of Money Post Office Orders issued, and Money Post Office Orders paid; strongly half bound ..." printed in red.
