A miscellaneous selection which includes 1864 (8 June) stampless entire bearing "L.D.Co" c.d.s. (London Docks Company); 1870s "acton/special post/1d" envelope (believed for delivering valentine cards); 1890s District Messenger Card (for opera and theatre tickets); 1890s imitation of stationery postcard advertising the Gaiety Theatre, Brighton; 1890s letter card advert for stationers, delivered by hand; also 1810 entire to Madeira apparently with John Smith forwarding agent label and some coaching receipts for the White Swan Inn, Alnwick (1827) and two from the Bull and Mouth Inn (1828). An interesting group. (9)
