The Eastern Extension Australia & China Telegraph Company Telegram envelope registered to Riouw, Netherlands Indies, bearing 1892-99 3c. and 5c. brown vertical pair tied by two strikes of Singapore c.d.s. and large violet ovals of the Telegraph office with framed registration d.s. at foot and showing, on reverse, red wax seal of the telegraph company and "n-i agent singapore" squared-circle d.s.; roughly opened at right and light cover fold but still a fine and scarce cover.
