A comprehensive, predominantly mint group including 2p. on 6ca. blackish violet imperforate pair from the left of the sheet, vertical pair from the lower right of the sheet with surcharge shifted significantly upwards, 4p. on 8ca. carmine block of eight (4x2) from the upper left of the sheet, R2/3 with "foub" for "four" and the top row without watermark, ½a. on 2ch. yellow-green block of ten (2x5), left column without watermark, block of four (used), R2/1 with "nana" for "anna", vertical pair perf. 11 with surcharge inverted, single (2) with surcharge broken in half, the second half inverted, the other with surcharge doubled, showing in margin at foot, 1a. on 2ch. orange with surcharge inverted and block of four with surcharge shifted right, 3a. on 7ch. pale blue block of four from the top of the sheet, the upper pair without watermark and 6a. on 14ch. turquoise-green block of four from the upper right corner of the sheet with dramatic pre-surcharge paper fold.
