1942-47 1a. light green, perf. 12 at top and right tied by 'Botad' d.s. to 1945 native envelope, charged as if unpaid and handstamped "vichhiay / due / 3as." with further Jasdan and Vichhiya transit markings, together with enclosed letter.The stamp is circled in red ink to indicate that it was not accepted for prepayment of postage as the sender had accidentally dropped the leter in the Imperial letter box instead of the Jasdan State letter box, some faults to envelope though a very rare stamp.
