1942-43 unissued stamps overprinted with type O10, 6p. red-brown perf. 13x13½ block of four, the upper pair with "on / c / g" omitted, lightly cancelled, a few wrinkles and bends with small repair in the upper left corner of the upper left stamp though a remarkable, unlisted variety of great significance. It is believed that SG 69b resulted due to missing ON C G S overprint on part of a single sheet, this being a variation of SG 69b and as such unique. S.G. O55var
