A used group (c.100 with 14 covers) on fourteen pages, including numbers in Maltese Cross '1', '2', '3' (2), '4', '5', '7', '9' (2), '11', also '6', '7', '8', and '12' used on cover, blue Maltese Cross, two examples with town cancells, one of which with blue appearance though cert. stating "mixed inks", 1841 (1 April) entire letter from Jedburgh to Melrose, with boxed "missent/to/kelso", strip of four, block of four (2), watermark inverted (2). Mostly very fine with good to large margins, a very valuable group. R.P.S. Certificates for seven.
