KC, LG, LH, JE applied individually (JE and KC overlapping), cancelled by four strikes of Maltese Cross in red, tied at right to 1840 (29 June) part wrapped (truncated and a little foxed) from Hitchen to Chipping Norton; each adhesive with four margins except LH. An unusual franking being made up of singles.
