DK on 1840 (15 June) turned letter originally sent from St. Ives, Huntingdonshire to Wigan tied by red Maltese Cross and pen and ink hyphens as part of text, turned and returned to St. Ives bearing Plate 1b OJ, cancelled but not clearly tied by red Maltese Cross; letter paper with fault and repairs though both adhesives fine and with four margins. A rare turned letter with different plates.
