1819 (12 July) entire letter from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Falkirk, rated "1/4½", showing fine framed "ship letter/saltcoats" (unrecorded by Robertson; crossed by heavy vertical filing crease) and Glasgow transit datestamp (17.4); the entire with some splitting along folds, a little stained and ragged.
