A group of five, comprising 1809 entire letter from Jacmel with oval Crowned "ship letter/dover" (S.8) (also coloured print "Dover from the Deal Road"; 1805 (28 May) entire from St. Croix to Falmouth with oval Crowned "ship letter/falmouth" (S.3A); 1824 letter from Curacao to Hastings with on reverse step-type "hastings/ship letter" (S.3); 1824 (6 Nov.) entire letter ex the Huth correspondence to London with faint red step type "portsmouth/ship letter" on the front and framed "packet letter" on reverse; 1867 (March) entre from Miragoane (Haiti) to Le Havre with framed "gb/1f.60" accountancy mark overstruck by two line "queenstown/ship letter" (S.1); good to fine
