1831 (19 Dec.) entire letter ex the Huth correspondence from St. Thomas to London, rated "4/4" as a double letter, on reverse red framed "packet letter" and arrival of 25 Jan. 1832 in the same colour. A manuscript note on the reverse "Only Single/Fred Huth" indicated that the recipient challenged the double letter rate charged. Also 1827 (5 June) entire letter from St. Thomas to Surrey, rated "2/2", on reverse red framed "packet letter" and 1841 (13 May) entire ex the Rothschild correspondence to London, rated "1/5" and with black framed "packet letter" on the front; good to fine
