1842 (27 Apr.) entire ex the Rothschild correspondence from St. Thomas to London, rated "1/5", marked "p Steamer Pkt Trent to Nassau", then transferred to the Solway on her return maiden voyage; and 1849 mourning envelope from Castle Street, Glasgow to Bermuda, bearing GB Embossed 1/- (cut to shape), marked "via Southampton" and put on the Severn which left on 2nd August
