Imperforate Colour Proofs
¾pi. to £1 imperforate colour proofs, three examples of each value in the issued or close to issued colours with each trio affixed to bradbury wilkinson card, two of the proofs of each design crossed through in pen, the third in each case noted "appd. for colour", initialled and, in most cases, dated; for the 6pi. none of the colours were accepted, all three crossed through and a fourth imperforate proof affixed and approved. A little soiled in places though a unique and absolutely stunning group. Photo
