'on public service only' cover to Wellington (exact address excised) bearing 1891-1906 2d. lilac, 5d. olive-black and 6d. brown overprinted 'o.p.s.o' in magenta, tied by 'wellington' c.d.s. cancellations, authentic but improper 'by favour' use; these are the only recorded examples of th 5d. and 6d. CP DP3k, DP7f and DP8m, $14,500+
