1891 (6 Jun.) large envelope (240mm. x 280mm.) sent Registered to the bank of New Zealand, Melbourne bearing Die 1 3/4d. pair and Die II 3/- used in combination with 1888-95 3d. yellow tied by 'a' in oval of bars cancellations, Registered despatch on face and arrival backstamp (16.6); the envelope has been torn and repaired well away from the adhesives, folded down the centre. An extraordinary commercial cover, remarkable for its survival, rate and proper postal use of Fiscal stamps. R.P.S.N.Z. Certificate (2013)
