''QUERY POST CARD'' essay by John Graham, a private trial for proposed Reply Paid Postcard showing the card divided in two with printed "to be sent to" and "to be returned to", the reverse with "question" and "answer", showing the proposed benefits and stating that the proposal had the approval of J. Henniker Heaton, M.P. and W.N. Greenwood, F.R., (author of the wonderful Kludonometric Tide Tables). Fine and scarce.
