1899 collection of Post Office Foreign cards and reply cards, unused and used on seven album pages comprising various types including proof of the 1899 postcard without the 1d. stamp but showing the altered instructions; 1d. card uprated with 1900 ½d. and 1902 ½d. stamps from London 1901(23 Jan.) to South Africa. Mixed condition.
