'Kepler'" bearing vertical pair of 2/- light blue, KH/LH with wing margin and tied by Liverpool duplex with faint "paid/c" oval in red at foot, the reverse with Liverpool P.L.O. c.d.s.; there is some splitting along the folds (repaired at top), a good franking.
