Europe: 1860 (27 July) commercial wrapper to Milan bearing 1855-57 5d. (9, one defective) and 1/- green (2) tied by London "10" numerals and with "PD" in oval, the London despatch datestamp is overstruck by the Milan arrival (30.7); there are a couple of horizontal filing creases which affect one of the 6d. stamps, a remarkable 6/6d. franking.
