Plate 19, TE on 1843 (24 Jan.) entire from Whitchurch to Basingstoke cancelled by neat black Maltese Cross together with a plate 23, DF previously used with Maltese Cross, re-affixed, obliterated with pen cross and cover inscribed "one old stamp" and "2" in manuscript, alongside Basingstoke (25.1) arrival c.d.s., the reverse with Whitchurch despatch c.d.s.
