A19, with the advertisement in blue, addressed to Annan; uprated to four pence rate with the addition of 1d. black plate 6, SJ (four good margins) and 2d. blue plate 1, RI (three good margins, cut into at lower right corner), cover and adhesives cancelled by red Maltese Cross; the reverse with faint boxed datestamp; the cover with typical vertical crease in the middle not affecting the adhesives.
