A54, 1842 (8 Nov.) from London to Leeds, cancelled contrary to regulations with black Maltese Cross struck at upper right, cancelled over Britannia on arrival with a very fine strike of the distinctive Leeds Maltese Cross, Leeds double-arc c.d.s. alongside, backstamped London; fine and rare.
