1d. envelope printed in black on greyish wove paper without watermark, setting 3B, cancelled by crowned 1840 (23 Mar.) c.d.s and boxed c.d.s.; addressed to Burlington Street, as there were several possible Burlington Streets there was an attempt to delivery first in London than readdressed in manuscript Liverpool. The reverse with arrival c.d.s. for the following day. Some faults including creasing and central tear. A very unusual Parliamentary envelope. R.P.S. Certificate (2022). S.G. PE9, £3,000. Photo
