1825 February, "No.1 On Packet Letter Rates" a printed sheet (10½x16¼ inches) on grey being the single letter rates to different parts of the world and the days of the week the mail to different destinations left London; there is a little edge wear and the sheet has been rebacked otherwise in a fine state of preservation.

The last line reads, "N.B. No.1, dated July 1819, having required some Additions, is to be cancelled, and this used instead"
