1894 (9 July) Gun Licence issued to Poulett-Weatherley, valid until 1899 (9 July), bearing 1891 £1 blue and red, cancelled by 'Fort Jonston' d.s., adhesive with small tear at lower left and crossed at top by horiztonal filing fold, nevertheless a scarce usage.

Note: Between 1894 and 1898 Poulett-Weatherley explored Lake Mweru and travelled extensively elsewhere.
