1892 "Appendix" sheet (168x281mm.) dated June 18th 1891" bearing imperforate 6d. "postage & revenue" Imperium trials in dull purple (8, four with white background and four with shaded background) and in green (4) with shaded background, with suggested denomination alongside each, all with hand painted country name in Chinese white, the sheet marked "The 1d. and 2d. duties are included in the above colour scheme, although we believe that it is proposed at present to produce the stamps from existing plates. If so, it will be necessary to print them in Doubly Fugitive inks, in order to make them available for both Postage and Revenue purposes. We would propose purple for the 1d. and green for the 2d.".
