½d. to £1 set of nineteen overprinted "specimen", all in vertical strips of three except 2½d., 3d. and £1 which are in singles, affixed to three pieces of Post Office ledger and tied by large "postes et telegraphes/collection/de/berne/madagascar" cachet in red; also St. Vincent 1914 1/- bistre strip of three (centre stamp with surface damage) similarly handstamped and cancelled.
