Force"; 1900 (9 Nov.) full set to 1r. on three envelopes registered to Germany; 1907 "base office b" envelope registered to France showing violet "Corps d'Occupation de Chine, Place de Chin-Wen-Tao/ Le Commandant d'armes"; and loose stamps including Hong Kong 4c. (4) cancelled by Base Office c.d.s.; usual mixed condition though a lot worth a closer look
