1840 (18 June) entire letter locally addressed within London bearing Plate 2 'TG' tied by very crisp and fine red Maltese Cross; Together with 1840 (22 Aug.) wrapper from Catton (?) to London bearing Plate 1b 'DG' tied by faded brownish Maltese Cross. Both entires a touch soiled though the stamps mostly fine with tight to large margins
