Stereo obscured, 1841 (1 Jun.) from Carlisle to Lady Mary Howard in London additionally franked with 1841 1d. red on blued paper, TI, cancelled by Maltese Cross in black and with central strike alongside, the adhesive has a pre-printing paper crease, lettersheet with some creasing and small tears to reverse, Carlisle c.d.s. to reverse; Mulready lettersheets uprated with 1d. reds are very rare.
