½d. green Die 2, uprated with 1d., from Umtali (31 August 1943) with long message headed "Old Umtali" regarding the weather, Victoria Falls, etc., to the Methodist Mission at Elizabethville, Belgian Congo, cancelled with double-ring datestamp and showing "Crown/passed/de/18" framed censor cachet in violet; also 1945 and 1946 postcards ex the same correspondence from the Vicariate Apostolic at Bulawayo to Roma, Basutoland, both bearing 1½d. brown.
