1967 Army Day stamp-size imperforate proofs for both values mounted within Courvoisier approval folder with annotations in Arabic on one page reading "The committee agreed to accept these specimens even though their prices are dearer than other printers, because the execution of the printing and likeness to original designs is much better than the other printers". Unusual and very scarce.
