1908 (30 Jun.) envelope registered to Boston, Massachusetts bearing ¼d. brown horizontal pair used on the first day of issue, in combination with 1907-09 4d. black and red on yellow tied by George Town c.d.s. and 'r' in oval, Kingston transit alongside and New York and Boston markings on reverse; envelope with faults (tears and a stain to face), the only recorded first day cover of the ¼d.
