1914 (6 Dec.) Stamps of Marshall Islands overprinted "G.R.I." with values 5mm. or 3½-4mm. apart
2s. on 2m. blue with no stop after "i" [Setting 3, Position 2, earlier state], well-centred, very light vertical crease otherwise fine with large part original gum. Rare, only 245 stamps were surcharged, leaving a total of less than sixty-one stamps possible with this variety, as the "missing stop" was later repaired. Ceremuga Certificate (2017).
