NGC MS63 | George III (1760-1820), Emergency Issues (1797-1799), Oval-Countermark Dollar (8-Reales), 1795-FM, Mexico City, laureate and draped bust of Charles IIII right, oval countermark of George III in centre, rev. crowned square-topped shield dividing pillars, security edge, 27.04g, 12h (ESC 129; Bull 1852; Spink 3765A), some faint metal stressing above head, otherwise a superb type coin of this emergency issue, the undertype lustrous and lightly toned, good extremely fine, the countermark equally so, rare in this exemplary condition, in NGC holder, graded MS63 (Cert. #6295560-011)
