Anne (1702-1714), 'Post-Union', Guinea, 1714, ANNA • DEI • - GRATIA • third draped bust left, rev. 14 • MAG - BRI • FR - ET • HIB - REG • 17, crowned shields cruciform, six strings to harp, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, edge obliquely milled, 8.32g, 6h (Farey 570; EGC 479; MCE 226; Spink 3572), a scuff to rim at 12 and 6 o'clock and across bosom, otherwise residually brilliant and lustrous, an impressive 'find' coin, a pleasing very fine
