James II (1685-1688), Two-Guineas, 1688 over 7, laureate head left, rev. no stop after HIB, crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, eight strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 16.62g, 6h (King 121; MCE 122; Schneider II, 454/-; Spink 3399), lightly cleaned and bagmarked, the milling largely obliterated otherwise residually lustrous, near very fine, very rare
