FACIAM EOS IN GENTEM VNAM, long cross fourchée over crowned square topped shield, 8.88g, 1h, m.m. lis (Schneider II -; North 2114; Spink 2638B), edge fracture at three o'clock and a largely inconsequential chip resulting in raggedness; furthermore an incised graffiti 'R' behind bust, otherwise well balanced and lightly toned albeit somewhat rubbed, a bolder fine
