Hubert James Fulbrook was born at Rochester, Kent in 1905 and served with the Palestine Police from 15 March 1930-11 September 1947. He had been married at Haifa in the early 1930's and returned home after his term of service. Fulbrook died on 20 May 1978 at Lewisham and was cremated five days later; sold together with copied research.
