The Uvedale Collection | MS63 | *Joint Top Pop* | George I (1714-1727), Half-Guinea, 1718, first laureate head right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, five strings to harp, six hearts, edge obliquely milled, 4.20g, 6h (EGC 433 albeit 5 strings not recorded; MCE 266; Spink 3635), lightly wiped with adjustment on hair, otherwise handsomely centred on a full and lustrous flan, near extremely fine, scarce, especially in this condition, in NGC holder, graded MS63 (Cert. #6135269-005) [*Joint Top Pop*]
