The Uvedale Collection | Anne (1702-1714), Post-Union, Half-Guinea, 1707, draped bust left, rev. reads BRI • FR, colon stops after FR:, HIB: and REG:, crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, eight strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 4.15g, 6h (Plant 88, same dies; cf. EGC 486, albeit 8 strings and colon stop not recorded; MCE 230; Spink 3575), smoothing to neck and lightly cleaned, otherwise near very fine / good very fine, a surprisingly rare date, very seldom encountered at auction with two traced by this cataloguer on CoinArchives
